Arctic Outpost is a placed once used as a fort a long time ago (Cody read on that) during a campaign. After it ended, the fort was decommissioned. Some persons settled here and it became a civil establishment. Due to the cold weather, the population does not grow too much, but the locals know each other very well. They are more than welcome to visitors. There is a hospital that still serves it's function to present day in the outpost. The hotels are warm and welcoming like the citizens there. The climate is border from the frequent blizzards, though some do reach the outpost. The winters are brutal, but there is actually melting in the summer. There's even a day in the summer, usually when temperatures peak for the year, when a thunderstorm occurs.
